| The WE9COM Repeater in Cambridge is located on top of the Cambridge
Water tower at 145 feet. The GE Mastr II repeater emits 100 watts into
the Sinclair duplexers, which provides a great signal throughout most of the
southern 1/4 of Wisconsin. We are grateful the Village of Cambridge has entered into a
Memorandum of Understanding with WeComm, Ltd. allowing the repeater to stay
here. We are also grateful to the Cambridge Area Repeater Association for
allowing WeComm to acquire ownership of the repeater. This repeater is an
important link in the WeComm Voice Network in the southern part of Wisconsin. |
