Voice
Network The
WeComm Voice Network is designed to provide base coverage
throughout Wisconsin. The network is designed for
ARES/RACES stations which use a 6DB antenna at 20 feet high
with 20 watts of power. Individual
systems in the network and the network will be used with the
following priority procedure: 1.
State, District and Local ARES/RACES Communications 2.
Skywarn Communications 3.
Badge Weather Net (Entire Network Daily from 4:00 a.m. to
7:15 a.m.) 4.
Public Service Communications 5.
Normal Amateur Radio Contacts Present
